Task Overview: Installing Portal Server Components (Windows)
To install the Portal Server software perform the following series of tasks.
Note: Local Administrator privileges are required for installing all Portal Server components.

4. Install the Portal binaries.
Apply the latest Oracle patches, which include the mandatory Oracle Patch 13 (13247523), if your APTARE StorageConsole database is on a Windows server.

5. Request the license key file.
