This product-specific data collection status report provides essential details that enable you to diagnose collection issues. File Analytics collection is different from other data collection in that it has multiple approaches to interrogating systems, depending on the location of the shares.

This progress bar reflects the elapsed time relative to the elapsed time of the last data collection/aggregation (current/previous). When there is no previous collection, it will be 0%. In some cases, for example, prolonged collection periods, the % can exceed 100%. Excessively large % values (greater than 200%) may require investigation.

Detail reports are related to a specific enterprise object, such as a backup job or SAN fabric. You can only access detail reports through a link presented in the context of a main report, providing additional information that augments the main report. Detail reports cannot be generated, customized, or saved, as they are specific to the report from which they were derived. Therefore, they will not be available in search results.
