Alert Reports
APTARE has identified many common trouble spots and built a set of pre-defined alerting rules to examine conditions within your enterprise. Rules are the first step in
Adding/Editing an Alert Policy. The Alert Policy defines the scope of what you’d like to monitor, such as a specific product or job types, the frequency of the symptom and alerting thresholds.
These rules are monitored in real-time as the data is collected or on a scheduled basis if the condition is time-based. After a Policy is created, you can choose to alert on the conditions you’ve specified or use reports to review the results on-demand and drill down to specifics. Because alerts can be suppressed for a variety of reasons, use reports to review the results of your monitoring criteria whenever required.

• Alert Trend - The Alert Trend is presented as a bar chart that displays all alerts by alert type (warning and critical) for a selected time period. If required, filter the report by object type and Alert Rules.
