You are responsible for ensuring that the Database Access per-processor minimums are maintained, as specified in the Oracle licensing rules.

Oracle Licensing Rules - StorageConsole is certified with the Oracle binaries that come bundled with the product (except for the Managed Services Editions), and when installed in its own Oracle instance as described in the Installation instructions. Note that the database must comply with the Oracle standard edition, not an enterprise license.

Using non-bundled versions of Oracle or installing in other pre-existing Oracle instances is not a certified configuration and is not allowed, per the standard license grant. For this type of configuration, the customer will need to work with APTARE to evaluate the feasibility.
