Customizing Portal Timeouts
To customize the duration of time before the Portal screen and session times out, modify the portal.properties file. These settings apply to all Portal users.
The portal.properties file is located here:
Linux:
/opt/aptare/portalconf/portal.properties
Windows:
C:\opt\aptare\portalconf\portal.properties
Update the following section:
#The Portal environment
portal.screenTimeout=1800
portal.sessionTimeout=21600
Note: Restart the Tomcat Portal services after making your modification.
