Over-Provisioned Applications
Use Quick Search to find a template, report or dashboard by name. Search is case insensitive, supports partial entries, and will display a list of potential matches.
As you enter the name in the Quick Search field, up to 10 potential matches are displayed. If the template, report or dashboard is shown, you can select and run it directly from the match list. You can also click All Items in the match list to go directly to the Search Results.
Use the Explorer to browse through the StorageConsole templates, dashboards and reports. The navigation pane displays templates organized by products along with user created, and system folders. This report is located here:
Using this report, you can identify applications that are at risk of having over-provisioned storage. Often, storage is allocated to a project, but never used. This report helps you to identify excess, unused storage so that it can be reclaimed for another purpose.
 
Name
The application that has been given storage that remains unused.
Projected
As of
The first date of the period for which the usage is projected.
Usage
The projected usage based on the average usage history (or historical average usage for periods in history).
High-Water Mark
The projected usage based on the maximum usage history.
Current
Capacity
The database capacity.
Current Usage
Database storage already in use.
Available
Amount of storage still available.
Threshold
An application is determined to be over-provisioned when the usage is under the threshold.
