Data Collection Activity Detail
Explore your data center using APTARE customizable report templates or by using parts of your IT infrastructure as entry points. Use Search to find reports, templates and dashboards across the portal.
Use the Reports tab to examine the catalog of templates, dashboards and reports - organized by products along with user-created, and system folders. This report is located here:
This report provides the elapsed time taken by a particular database component and process, when persisting data during a data collection cycle. This list correlates activity with the logged hour to aid in isolating the process that may have impacted performance.
Primarily used to troubleshoot performance issues, this report can aid in determining if a task is taking an unreasonable amount of time or if load-balancing could improve overall performance. When evaluating the data, this report narrows the results to pinpoint specific activity that impacted performance.

Note: Data shown in this report may not match the date range selected in the parent report. Only the most recent set of 100 database transactions is retained and reflected in this report.
Component Name
The specific data collection link will render the Data Collection Activity Detail report, which lists details specific to the selected component.
Process Group
The Process Group aids in isolating the portion of the code that may be causing performance degradation. This field links to the Data Collection Activity Detail report, which lists details specific to the process group.
Process Name
The Process Name links to the Data Collection Activity Detail report, with an even more granular view of the time period and section of code that may have impacted performance.
Total Elapsed Time in Secs
The total time the component required to process the associated number of records.
Number of Records Processed
The number of records processed by the database process.
Average Time Per Record
The average time taken to process each record. The value is displayed in seconds.
Last Updated
Date and time the Portal database was last updated with data from a collection cycle.
