Issue: Backup failures are not creating incidents in ServiceNow
If backup failures are not creating incidents in ServiceNow, first check if those failures are being populated into the source table (apt_job_ticket) in the APTARE database.
• If the source table is not being populated, contact APTARE Global Support Services to diagnose the problem.
• If job records are present, check if:
• there were errors reported with connectivity/credentials for the MID Server
• the scheduled import is running
• the transform map had errors
