NetBackup SLP Details
Detail reports are related to a specific enterprise object, such as a backup job. You can only access detail reports through a link presented in the context of a main report, providing additional information that augments the main report. Detail reports cannot be generated, customized, or saved, as they are specific to the report from which they were derived. They are not available in search results.

Use the Reports tab to examine the APTARE IT Analytics catalog of templates, dashboards and reports - organized by products along with user-created, and system folders. The main report is located here:

This report lists the additional details for a specific NetBackup Storage Lifecycle Policy (SLP). SLPs are retention policies associated with backup policies.
To get to this detailed report, go to any NetBackup SLP report that displays a Version hyperlink; for example, NetBackup SLP Status by Image,
NetBackup SLP Status by SLP, or
NetBackup SLP Status by Image Copy.
Operation | The type of operation, such as Backup or Duplication. Duplication jobs can be added as hierarchically lower destinations to backups or other hierarchically higher duplication jobs. Operations in this table are indented to represent this hierarchy. |
Storage |
Storage Unit | The name of the storage unit where the operation’s backup images are stored. |
Volume Pool | The volume pool associated with the storage unit. |
Media Owner | The owner of the storage media. |
Retention |
Type | Retention type, such as Fixed, Staged Capacity Managed, Expire after Duplication, Remote Retention, or Maximum Snapshot Limit. |
Period | Period the data will be retained, such as 2 weeks. |
Duplication |
Alternate Read Server | The user-defined alternate NetBackup master servers allowed to use the backup image. |
Preserve Multiplexing | Indicates if multiplexing is preserved: Yes or No. This is relevant for tape media only. |
