About Master Schedules
Master schedules can be defined at a global level and then applied to specific saved reports, causing the reports to be emailed or exported on a regular basis. The advantage of a master schedule is that any changes to a schedule automatically affect its associated reports. So, for example, a particular department may need a set of monthly reports for capacity planning. Once these reports have been configured to run according to a master schedule, they easily can be generated on a more frequent schedule, such as once a week. Rather than changing each report, you need only change a single master schedule configuration, as described in Configuring Master Schedules.
