OpenStack Swift Storage Device Summary
Explore your data center using APTARE customizable report templates or by using parts of your IT infrastructure as entry points. Use Search to find reports, templates and dashboards across the portal.
Use the Reports tab to examine the StorageConsole catalog of templates, dashboards and reports - organized by products along with user-created, and system folders. This report is located here:
View physical device information for a storage node. Identify drive size and the name of the OpenStack zone of which the device is a member.
 
Cluster Name
Name of the storage array. Drill down to the Array Capacity & Utilization report for this array/cluster.
Storage Node
IP address of the storage/proxy node. Drill down to the OpenStack Swift Storage Node Summary.
Host Name
The name is derived from the host’s DNS name. Drill down to the Host Utilization Detail report.
Device Name
Name of the device. Example: sda. A device is a drive, as it is seen by the OpenStack Swift system.
Zone
Zones are used to isolate data and to define device failure boundaries. A zone can be a single drive or multiple racks, on a larger scale. Drill down to the OpenStack Swift Storage Utilization by Zone report.
Vendor
Vendor name.
# LUNs
Total number of LUNs. Drill down to the LUN Utilization Summary report.
Size
Size in KiB.
Raw Disk Path
Raw disk path.
Storage Type
The type of storage, such as DAS, SAN, or NAS.
