Report Activity Detail
Use Search to find a template, report or dashboard by name. Search is case insensitive, supports partial entries, and will display a list of potential matches.
As you enter the name in the Search field, up to 10 potential matches are displayed. If the template, report or dashboard is shown, you can select and run it directly from the match list. You can also click All Items in the match list to go directly to the Search Results.
StorageConsole provides different navigation options to slice and examine your collected data. You can explore the data by using the APTARE customizable report templates or by using parts of your IT infrastructure as entry points. The Inventory Navigator serves as a browser for your infrastructure by object type.
Use the Reports tab to examine the StorageConsole catalog of templates, dashboards and reports - organized by products along with user-created, and system folders. This report is located here:
This report lists a line item for each report execution with associated user and execution time for the specified time interval. The report can be scheduled, to provide greater visibility about what reports are being run on the Portal.
Date
Date and time the report or template was run.
Report Template Name
Name of the report template that was run. In rare circumstances, this field may be blank if the report template was deleted after the report activity was captured in the database.
Report Instance Name
If the report was rendered from a saved instance of the report, a name of the instance will be listed. If the report was generated from the report template itself, this field will be blank. Also, this field may be blank if the report instance was deleted after the report activity was captured in the database.
Dashboard Name
If the report instance was a portlet in a user-defined dashboard, the relevant dashboard will be listed.
User
The User ID of the person who ran the report.
Custom
Y or N indicates if the report was derived from a report template developed by an administrator or user in one of the report template designers, SQL or Dynamic Template Designer. This is not a report that is provided in the Portal software.
Time Elapsed (ms)
This time represents the time required to render the report.
